What is Heritage Village?

Heritage Village is a "Land Lease" community where you own your home and lease the land.  Although this form of ownership may be new to you, this form of ownership has been going on for decades.  We've just put a new twist on it.  We combined the advantages of lower upfront investment, a professional on-site managed community, quality co nstruction, the look of single level stick built ranch style homes and the value of a low maintenance manufactured home.  All of this in a neighborhood of “active adults” who share common interests.   Now you can be free to do the things you have longed to do for so many years.

Each home is designed for convenience, low maintenance, value and beauty.  These manufactured, multi-sectional homes are installed on an individual private site of at least 7,000 square feet.  This combines a site large enough to fit your housing needs without the burden of a large lawn or long driveway to maintain.  Landscaping is tastefully and abundantly installed.  Some even have sodded lawns.  Each home has an attached garage that measures a minimum of 24’ by 24’.  This allows you to bring your groceries right into the home without the weather ever becoming a factor.
